Sivan Miller started shooting about five years ago when his mother bought him his first digital compact camera overseas. Now the Cape Town based photographer is shooting professionally, and making his way up the industry latter: “- My plans for the future are to break into the fashion / commercial industry and one day shoot for Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, etc. I would also love to shoot big campaigns for clothing brands. I am working on it every day so lets hold thumbs and see.”
He’s inspired by the works of Annie Leibowitz, Mario Testino and a few international photographers from around the world, but he also draws inspiration from life and the world around us: “- I love the idea of taking what seems to be dull and boring to the average person and transforming it into a whole world filled with color and imagination.”
