Brooklyn based artist and filmmaker Alexandra Roxo made this film for Suzanne Rae’s fall/winter 2011 collection, and the film had it’s first screening in Suzanne Rae’s show during the recent New York Fashion Week. The screening went great, and they got a lot of press and plenty of lovely responses to the film.
Alexandra says this about the film: “- The film is set by the sea and tells the tale of two girls away at their great aunt’s cabin on a chilly weekend. The girls entertain themselves by playing cards and sipping scotch from their great Aunt’s decanter until one girl wakes to find the other mysteriously gone. The film takes a turn into the dreamy and mysterious as the mystery unfolds on the beach.”
