Elena Bofill discovered photography at the age of 17, but it wasn’t until last year she really started taking it seriously. Already she’s considered an up and coming artist in fashion photography, and has shot for magazines such as Fiasco, Double and BG. Now she’s ready to make her debut on Ben Trovato with the elegant Le désir, a story shot in her hometown Barcelona, featuring beautiful model Lidija Ristic with UNO. Lidija’s hair and make up was done by Christine Petras form LALEMANA Barcelona, and the shoot was styled by Lucía Silva.
Elena says she’s inspired by the works of fellow photographers such as Camilla Åkrans, Marcus Ohlsson, Marcin Tyszka and Txema Yeste, and adds: “- I feel inspired by all kinds of fashion photography. The emotional, natural, spontaneous, teen spirited, but also the more glamourous and elegant. It’s all about making the model look natural in the atmosphere and environment of the concept.”
